Neptune™ T-Cell Separation System is Bio-ReCell’s next-generation T-cell separation device, designed to simplify one of the first and most critical steps in cell therapy manufacturing. Using proprietary flow-through separation technology, Neptune™ delivers highly purified T cells without magnetic particles, centrifugation or dedicated proprietary hardware.

Commercial launch is planned for January 2027.

WHY WE BUILT NEPTUNE™

Cell therapies have the potential to transform the treatment of cancer, autoimmune diseases and many other life-threatening conditions. Yet for many patients, these therapies remain inaccessible due to the complexity and cost of manufacturing.

We believe that improving patient access begins by simplifying manufacturing. That’s why we developed the Neptune™ T-Cell Separation System. By eliminating unnecessary processing steps, magnetic particles and proprietary equipment, Neptune™ is designed to reduce manufacturing complexity while preserving the quality of isolated T cells for downstream applications.

NEPTUNE™ T-CELL SEPARATION COLUMN

The Bio-ReCell flow-through column contains antibody-functionalized separation beads, enabling rapid negative selection without the use of magnetic particles or centrifugation.

As the cell suspension flows through the column, unwanted cell populations are selectively retained while untouched target T cells pass through for collection.
