Neptune™
Neptune™ Kit is designed to simplify the isolation of human T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by eliminating the need for magnetic separation and centrifugation steps. It is a streamlined process that enables efficient and fast T-cell isolation with no residuals in the final cell product.
Neptune™ Kit selectively removes CD3- cells through negative selection, yielding a pure population of functional CD3+ cells — including both CD4+ helper and CD8+ cytotoxic T cells. Built on our proprietary technology, the system is robust, xeno-free, and magnet-free, offering a new standard for T-cell preparation in preclinical research and immunotherapy development. The yielded cells retain their phenotypes, as well as normal functionality, making them suitable for downstream applications.

Data
Normal functionality of Neptune™ separated PBMCs was assessed via an activation test using the Atract™ Kit. T-cell activation was determined by the percentage of cells expressing the CD25 surface marker.
