Experiments, using Atract™ Kit in G-Rex® 100M-CS flasks have shown:
- Comparable cell expansion, cell viability and cell ratios to the Open system setup.
- No significant differences in cell exhaustion and functional states compared to cells, cultured in the Open system.
- Clean, intuitive integration of the Atract™ Kit activation step into the established G-Rex® CS workflow.
