Bio-ReCell is pleased to announce the release of a new white paper: “Assessing Linear Scalability of Atract™ T-Cell Activation Kit in G-Rex® Bioreactors.”
Conducted as part of the G-Rex® grant and in collaboration with ScaleReady (Bio-Techne, Fresenius Kabi, and Wilson Wolf), the study validates the performance of the Atract™ T-Cell Activation Kit V2 across G-Rex® formats. Results confirm consistent T-cell activation and expansion, low exhaustion marker expression, and linear scalability from small-scale wells to larger bioreactors.
These findings demonstrate that Atract™ T-Cell Activation Kit V2 is a reliable, GMP-compatible solution for scalable CAR-T manufacturing, offering researchers and developers an efficient and adaptable pathway from research to clinical production.
